From May 7th through May 10th, CARWM President Max Grover, President Elect Chris Prins, RPAC Trustee Charlie Hoats, NAR Commercial Legislative Policy Committee member Tony Pearson and Executive Director Shari Veldman traveled to Washington D.C. for the National Association of REALTORS meetings and to meet with area representatives. The group was invited to the offices of Rep. John Moolenaar and Rep. Bill Huizenga. Issues discussed included Safe Banking legislation, ideas for Adaptive Reuse incentives, and the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rules and policies.
