I agree to pay the dues established by the Board of Directors and MLS Rules & Regulations, if applicable, and the Bylaws. I understand that membership is held by me individually, not by my employing firm. I agree to report changes in my name, location, address, and any other application changes in a timely manner. I hereby certify that the foregoing information furnished by me is true and correct, and I agree that failure to provide complete and accurate information as requested, or any misstatement of fact, shall be grounds for revocation of my membership. Finally, I hereby authorize CAR to forward any communications it deems appropriate to me via one or more of the following methods: direct mail to office, E-mail, facsimile, etc.
