Members of the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS attended several spring educational/networking events that show the growth and development in the West Michigan Area.
On April 30, several attended the LAKESHORE MARKET OUTLOOK, featuring updates on development projects, new business and future plans for the lakeshore area. Moderated by Kent Mueller (CB Commercial), panelists Troy Wasserman (Core Realty Partners), Drew Durham (Lakeshore CRE), Amanda Murray (Lakeshore Advantage) and Greg King (Economic Development) presented interesting and informative overview on market activity happening along the lakeshore.
Many from the Kalamazoo area enjoyed the KALAMAZOO MARKET OUTLOOK on May 8. Kalamazoo Commercial Real Estate Broker Andrew Gyorkos organized and moderated a panel featuring Lawrence Duthler (Sun Title), Andrew Wenzel (Fishbeck), representatives from AVB Construction, Greenleaf Hospitality Group, Clark Logic, and Bogan Development Group. The downtown Kalamazoo area will soon have a new arena, streetscape and opportunities for new business.
The Ada Walking Tour was held on May 21, led by Baton Collective Marketing Manager Liz Haan and Baton Collective CEO Loren Crandell. The new hotel was toured, along with a software company and coffee shop. Plans for additional projects were shared, including discussion of the housing development going in across the river. Attendees ended the tour at the Ada Garage Bar, enjoying the networking opportunities.
