The 20th West Michigan Summit, held Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Thousand Oaks Golf Club, was attended by 230 commercial real estate practitioners and industry leaders. The full day of activities included education, networking, and an affiliate expo. A commercial real estate legal update, provided by Tom Cronkright, highlighted several recent legal cases pertinent to the industry. Dr. Elliot Eisenberg delivered an insightful and entertaining economic update. Two expert panels rounded out the afternoon. The Market Specialists panel, led by moderator Andrew Gyorkos, featured retail specialist Mark Ansara, office specialist Jason Makowski, industrial specialist Ben Sietsema, Kalamazoo specialist Matt Callander, and lakeshore specialist Drew Durham. The Fair Housing panel was moderated by Shawn Jacobs, with panelists Trevor Petroelje, Bryan Cody, and Jared Belka.
