The May 20 Walking Tour of 111 Lyon (5/3 Bank building) , led by CARWM member and project developer Sam Cummings, showed the transformation of a former office building into 140 apartments. Attendees learned what should be considered when undertaking this type of project, and saw first hand the newly created living spaces. The tenant amenities are many, including an indoor pool, gym, common areas for large gatherings, and storage spaces.
